You've been on my mind. I'm sorry to read this; she's an awful therapist. But you did a great job of telling this story in 100 words!

I was wondering today how you were doing and saw I missed your April posts - I hope you found a better therapist and that you’re doing ok.

Anne - I'm so sorry that you had that experience. Especially considering your vulnerable position. This is a terrible therapist.

Uhhhmmmm, that therapist has a problem, and you’re not it.

Please go to the website for the state dept of licensing, and report her. It’s easy to do.

She should not be counseling Anyone ever. And the only way to see to it that she has less opportunity to harm anyone else is to report her for unprofessional behavior, rudeness, lack of any ability to help you with your grief, plus over charging your insurance for the session.

You might also be able to call your insurance company and let them know exactly how many minutes the session was, and I bet you she is billing for more.

Last but not least, go to the psychology today site and search for her name, or just google her name nd write an honest review. You’ll save others. (And she cannot take down your reviews.)

If all this is too much, PM me and I’ll help you thru it.

You DESERVE SO much better

3 letters - FFS or WTF!

Seems she's more about long-term 'Ka-ching!' than engaging or caring or actually being present—good riddance.

Sending you huge hugs and sending magic wand good karma prayers and love (nothing wrong with piling on as much good juju as poss!)

Horrendous behavior on her part. I hope that your next therapist will be nothing short of incredible.
